Important information for Liversedge supporters heading to Marske

With attention now on Saturday’s top of the table clash, we appreciate that so many of you are travelling to support us in such an important game.

To ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible, we are providing an update with help from our hosts for Liversedge supporters about travel, parking, and entry.

For those of you travelling on our team and supporters’ coaches:

Our coaches are departing from Hightown Road near the turn onto Quaker Lane at 11am.

Please arrive in good time so that we can get everybody seated ahead of departure.

Our coaches will set off back from Marske at around 6pm.

There are still a handful of tickets remaining on our second coach. These are available via this link:

Other coaches

Supporters on Liversedge FC’s second coach, as well as any other supporters’ coaches that are heading to Marske, will be allowed to alight near to Errington School.

The coaches will then be directed to park at H. Jarvis which is about half a mile away.

Marske United request that supporters’ coaches contact the club to let them know their ETA. For anyone running a supporters’ coach that may need to get in touch with Marske, please contact and we will forward contact details.

Car parking

Car parking within the main Marske United car park will be strictly limited to players, management, club officials, match officials and those requiring disabled parking only.

There will be overflow car parking in the old tennis courts, which is available to anyone. In addition, there is free parking in the village in the car park opposite the doctor’s surgery and at the Co-op.

There will also be parking available within Errington School, at a cost of £3 per car. Money raised will go towards school funds. This is a 3-minute walk to the ground

Please note that there is a strong possibility that parking attendants may be patrolling the area around the ground. Therefore, it is strongly advisable to park responsibly and legally.

Marske United have provided a map with the locations of these car parks highlighted which is attached at the bottom of this article.

Ground entry

While the game is not all-ticket, it is strongly advised that supporters book in advance to avoid disappointment on the day. This is particularly relevant to the Sedge fans as it would be a long trip to be denied entry.

Tickets are still available via this link:

Entry into the ground for those with advance tickets will be via the yellow gate, where your ticket (either on your phone or printed) will be scanned.

For those paying on the day, there will be two turnstiles in operation – one taking cash only and one accepting cash and card. Stewards will be present to direct supporters to the correct turnstile.

Turnstile 1 will be open from 1.30pm with the additional turnstile opening at around 2.15pm.
